Guidelines for filling Online Forms
- This is an Electronic Registration Form for the Junior Schools of DPS R.K. Puram at Vasant Vihar and East of Kailash. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
- This is a very simple form to fill in. All you need is to type in the required information in TEXT boxes and selecting and clicking the relevant choices available.
- Fill in each entry of the form and write NA for those entries, which are not applicable to you.
- Use TAB KEY or the mouse control to move from one entry to another. Do not press the ENTER KEY for the same.
- After completing your entries and clicking on [SUBMIT] button, each form will be accepted and issued a unique Registration Number. Take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence in this regard.
