Play schools and Day boarding in noida is so expensive

" Bade Miyan to  Bade miyan chote miyan subhan Alla"
As all big formal schools are charging huge amount of fees , play schools are also fetching huge amount of fees from parents who are seeking  admission in good play school for their children in Noida  at the name of development charges ( but actually they are not developing any building since long ) , School kit ( Charge huge amount of money just for 3-4 books and uniform), Security refundable( which they actually don't refund most of the time  or refund only when you actually forget to take any refundable money from school) and many more...

This is the time when most of the play schools are  open for admission in Play group, Pre-Nursery class.
Age for Play group  - approx. minimum 18 months  - 2 yrs .   and pre-nursery - minimum 2.5 yrs
Those who are seeking information  regarding play schools get ready minimum Rs. 20,000 for admission of their child and ( Annual 20000+4500+4500+4500= Approx (40K)) ( it can vary little bit from school to school ).

During this recession time its  getting really   difficult for a common man to cope with all these  expenses .
Most of the parents believe in sending their little one to good play school  for the following reasons
-  She/He become more confident
-. She/He has overcome the stranger anxiety phase early
- She/ He start eating by his/her own .
- She/He shares and interacts with other kids
-She/He plays with kids of all age groups
- She/He started talking and understanding instructions early
- She/He enjoys for 2-3 hours  there

But  big problem is  the expense factor. Why should it cost so much just to teach your child the basics? Besides, it’s not very difficult to teach children alphabets and numbers. I think children should be provided with a normal environment where children can learn and enjoy.
I think following points can help  While choosing play school
1   It should be closer to your home or work place.
2.  No need to go for big brands if they are far away from your home.( because these big brands actually       don't help much in admission in nursery class in formal schools)
3.  There shouldn't be much strength in school in  each class because these little ones are very           sensitive and they actually need individual attention  at this  very first step in outer world.
4.   Faculty must be trained / polite  to kids.
5.   Security of  children should be on highest priority in play school.
6.   Don't forget to give suprise visits to schools just to ensure  whether the things are actually the same which are committed at the time of admission.
7.   Whether the child is eating properly in school  or discuss with teacher to  improve his/her eating  habbits .

Calcium for kids
When your kid is 2 & 1/2 yrs or more then we decide to send him/her play school  They are so many questionsthat  start bothering your kid is not drinking milk . He started to going to Play school but skipping meals like morning breakfast ? Is he catching infections more often  ? Is he not gaining  weight ?  Let's discuss some handy tips to solve this problem one by one .
Calcium :
Why it is neccessary :  Kids require diet with foods that are high in calcium to meet daily requirements  for the development of strong bones. Very low calcium intake can contribute to the development of rickets in infants and children. They can have fractures very easily.

Case 1: If your kid like milk and having 3 glass of milk ,or
2 glass milk &   1 bowl of curd or orange juice  or
1  glass of milk  & 1 bowl of  curd and few cubes of cheese etc
then you actually don't need to worry about his calcium requirement . just give him exposure of vitamin D(sun light) to absorb calcium .
Case 2 : If your kid does not like milk (in any form) then you can try these tips.
Sesame seeds(white til) which  is rich with calcium , just put small quantity of  til in his/her food while you cook like in prantha  or sabzi or daal  etc (more recommnded in winters).
Almonds &  Cashewnuts. - If your kid doesn't chew these nuts directly , then made of powder of it and put it in halwa etc while you prepare.
Green Vegetables : Spinach , Broccali, White beans (Safed Channa) , sweet potatoes, Okra(Bhindi) rich in calcium . If your kid does not eat vegetables then make soup of spinach, brocalli and potatoes & tomato. (
just boil all these , blend in mixer, filter it   and put little bit of black pepper and salt  in filtered liquid)
